ELITE's Edwards has led in organizing the Congressional Inventions Caucus in the 2010s and in reconstituting it in 2024 and 2025. A board member of the Congressional Inventions Project, Edwards and the project serve advisory and support roles for the bipartisan, bicameral caucus.
